Order Deposits:
At a minimum, all orders require 50% deposit of the total invoice and your parts will not be ordered until we have received that deposit.
Order Cancellation Fees:
All orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Order Delivery Times:
We are a distribution company and want to provide the best and most accurate service. When we give you estimated time of arrival for your order we are passing the information from our providers to you. Should that information be inaccurate we will not be held responsible for those inaccuracies and should you want to cancel your order, you will accrue restocking fees as well as freight charges if applicable.
Freight Charges:
It is our policy to NOT make money on freight charges. If we quote you freight it is because you have asked for expedited delivery and those fees are charged to us and we simply pass them on to you.
Once an order is placed you are responsible for these freight charges even if the order is cancelled.
International Freight Charges:
If requested, we will quote international freight charges. IESC-DIESEL will not be responsible for lost shipments or delayed shipments. If you pre-pay an international freight charge and after the fact, the charges turn out to be more –for whatever reason (such as a difference in weight shipped)- your company will be responsible to pay IESC-DIESEL the balance of the freight charges within 10 days of the notice.
Delivered Order Discrepancies:
With every order IESC ships out the packing list of the contents of your order. If there are discrepancies you are responsible to contact IESC DIESEL with in 14 days of the invoice date for domestic orders and 30 days for international orders. Any discrepancies brought to our attention after the 14 days will not be our responsibility. It is your responsibility to look over your proforma invoice and make sure that the items you ordered are reflected here. If there are mistakes in the proforma invoice and you don't notice them, approve the invoice, and pay for the invoice and ultimately notice the mistake when the parts get to you, this will be your responsibility.
Part Failures:
All of the parts IESC DIESEL sells have a one year manufacturer warranty. In the unlikely event that this happens you will need to fill out an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form which can be found in our downloads section.
Governing Law and Venue:
This agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida and the venue shall be Dade County.
Territory Restrictions:
Due to manufacturer restrictions we are unable to sell all brands into all of the territories world wide. If you are looking for a specific brand and you are not in the USA please consult with us and we will tell you if we can sell that brand you are looking for into your territory.

IESC-DIESEL CONDICIONES DE COMPRA
Depósitos Para Ordenes:
Como mínimo, todos los pedidos requieren un 50% de depósito sobre la factura y sus repuestos no serán ordenados asta haber recibido su depósito.
Cobros de Ordenes Canceladas:
Todas las órdenes canceladas recibirán un cobro de “Restocking” equivalente a un 25% de la factura total.
Tiempos de Entrega:
Nosotros somos una compañía de distribución y queremos brindarles el mejor y exacto servicio. Cuando les decimos tiempos de entrega para sus pedidos les estamos pasando la información que nos dan nuestros proveedores. Si esta información es incorrecta nosotros no seremos responsables por esas inexactitudes. Si quieren cancelar sus órdenes serán cobrados cobros de “restocking” de 25% y además todos los fletes adicionales que apliquen a esa orden.
Fletes:
No es la póliza de IESC-DIESEL de crear ganancias en fletes asociados con sus órdenes. Si les cotizamos fletes es porque Ud. nos ha pedido entrega de “emergencia” y esos costos nos lo cobran los fabricantes y nosotros se los pasamos a Uds. Una vez que la orden esta puesta Uds. es responsable por esos costos de flete – aunque por cualquier razón Uds. decidan de cancelar la orden.
Fletes Internacionales:
Si requieren les cotizaremos fletes internacionales. IESC-DIESEL no se hace responsable por pedidos perdidos o retrasados. Si Ud. paga su flete directamente a IESC-DIESEL (y no directamente a la compañía transportista) y por cualquier razón (como por ejemplo diferencia en peso embalado) nosotros incurrimos cargos por encima de lo que fue inicialmente cotizado/cobrado su compañía es responsable de pagarnos la diferencia en 10 días de la fecha en la cual les avisemos.
Discrepancias en Ordenes Entregadas:
IESC le entregara su orden con su lista de empaque. Es su responsabilidad de revisarla y si hay discrepancias tienen hasta 14 dias despues de la fecha en factura para comunicarse con nosotros sobre el respecto. Para ventas internacionales tienen 30 dias. Si hay discrepancias despues de este tiempo, no seran la responsabilidad de IESC.
Es su responsabilidad de revisar su factura proforma por algun error. Si uds. reciben su proforma, la aprueban, la pagan y al recibir las piezas se dan cuenta de algun error este sera su responsabilidad.
Partes Defectuosas:
Todas las partes que vende IESC DIESEL traen un año de garantia respaldada por el fabricante. En el remoto case que ocurra esto ocurra deberan de llenar nuestro formulario de RMA (Autorizacion de Retorno de Mercancia) localizada en nuestra seccion de downloads.
Ley Gobernante y Local:
Estos terminos y condiciones son gobernados por interpretado en acuerdo con las leyes del estado de la Florida. Al efectuar su compra ud. expresamente acuerda que la jurisdiccion exclusiva para cualquier demanda o accion estara archivado solamente en las cortes estatales localizadas en el estado de Florida y en el condado Dade.
Restricciones Territoriales
No todas las marcas que representamos estan disponibles para la distribuicion a nivel mundial. Si sus partes van a salir a fuera de los Estados Unidos favor de comunicarse con nosotros para revisar que la marca que requieren pueda ser enviada a su pais.
